We just had the sales manager at our house to give us a quote, with which we were very pleased. He was extremely professional, trustworthy, and friendly. He was able to answer any questions we had and clearly explain their systems and financing options. I would definitely recommend Avis to give you a quote. If getting a quote was this positive of an experience, I can only imagine their installation and service is just as good!

This company was the best of many I got quotes from. They are not trying to sell you a low quality system at a high price but the best system at the best price. I was grateful for their knowledge and the workers were very hard working and nice. They worked late hours in such hot weather so I could get a good night's sleep with cool air flowing. S grateful for this company. Best price for the best plan. Owner came by to check in on the installation. I highly recommend this company. What a blessing!!!

No problem with the maintenance itself, but the "supervisor" came unannounced and without permission to "check on" how the tech was doing. (Should of called and asked if he could first.) After about 30 seconds of supervision, the "supervisor" magically turned into salesman and began the pitch. You know the scenario - over sharing personal information, elbow rubbing, sit down at kitchen table. offer only good through December, ( not because Avis, you know, the So Cal Edison's rebate) Won't do this again. I'm going to find an honest company.

This is an excellent company! They installed our heating unit a couple of years ago and it was done right. The employees are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Our old air conditioner went out so we called them. It's employees like Marcus that make this a great company. Marcus stayed until 10pm to get us up and running. He didn't have to. He was not obligated, but he knew I worked in the ER and needed rest to care for patients. He is truly one of the people that make this company great. He went above and beyond for us. Thank you so very much Marcus! We will always use Avis for our heating and cooling needs.

Mike Kennison did a great job. He made sure the cover to our filters were placed correctly and the paint matched up. That is how my husband and I are and we are very appreciative for that. He is a very knowledgeable, nice and concerning employee.
Also, I had trouble finding your review site and Diana was very helpful and patient with me on the phone. You have 2 great employees!!!
