The young man showed up well within the time frame I was given, wearing his COVID-19 mandated mask. He was clean, friendly, polite, listened to what I had to say. He put on booties gloves before entering my home. It was very hot on the day he came and when I offered him a cold bottle of water he politely declined, asking if he could have it after he was finished. (Of course, he could!) He serviced my A/C unit, said everything looked great, finally accepted the cold bottled water and went to his truck to write out my invoice. Just a very nice man, who did a super job of the semi-annual maintenance my A/C - heating unit. I'm only sorry I have forgotten his name.

Steven Maranto from Royal Aire was just out to service my A/C unit. He was on time and went over all the service work he would perform. My unit is 20 yr old but works Great because Royal Aire has a service plan that is supper. Steven has all of the state of the art tools to do a complete tune up and bring to my attention possible failures because of the age of the unit. He detected that the Freon was 1/2 lb low and filled it up. Had this not ben detected later on when the Temp rises it would not perform as efficiently. He them washed down the unit and got all of the dirt out of the Coil. He also brought to my attention their new lower cost service plan that will save me MONEY. Thanks Steven Maranto and Royal Aire for Training your Tech with all the new service techniques. (Five Star)

Royal Aire was able to come out the next day (we called in a Sunday night) during a heat wave. They came during the time frame set. Mark (service man) had looked up what AC system we had prior to arriving at our home, so he knew in advance what he was going to check out and test on our equipment. He was also friendly and wore a mask. Best of all, our AC was blowing cold air when he left!

Eduardo was prompt, efficient, prepared, and well informed. My bi-annual service check-up went smoothly. He took photos of what he did so I could see where the service was actually occurring. I appreciated the care and professionalism.

Omar spent over 2 hours doing maintenance on our AC unit which had not been serviced in years. He was thorough, professional, and made some helpful recommendations.

My experience was not good in anyway shape or form. My Grandmother had them come out they did over $2800 in repairs. My Grandmother passed away shortly after that. I put her home up sale. The buyer called for an inspection of the system they told the buyer it needed a whole new system. Funny just a few month prior it was all repaired. I showed the buyer the paperwork from the technician from 2 months previous and Royal aire's official answer was every technician has their own opinion after inspection of a system.

During my scheduled maintenance, both Taylor and Forrest arrived (don't know which name is which). While one went about his learned duties, I was asked by the other, "is there anything else I can do for you" (he said he didn't want to hover over the trainee) so he proceeded to dust all my ceiling fans rather than just do nothing. Nobody can beat this customer service!

They are rude, unprofessional and do not care who they inconvenience. Recently they where delivering/installing an ac unit at my neighbors home and decided they needed to block my street

Excellent service.... from the first phone call to the guys doing the work at our home. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. They understood my need for A/C and worked quickly to get my new unit in. Came from Paradise to the afterbay area and the heat is not my friend yet! Thank you a hundred times!

They are prompt and they know how to do the work. However, they were overly aggressive in "selling" (well, just adding it onto the invoice without discussing it with me) the annual service plan. I had to make an angry phone call. They're charging an $80 diagnostic fee on a unit with a 10-year warranty that failed after 2 1/2 years. (Maybe I should have bought their service plan?) Maybe I'm too programmed by my own paranoia, but owners of non-owner occupied houses, shop around.
