I could never say enough GREAT things about this company!! Incredible service from my initial phone call to follow up after the visit. We adore our tech, a local, Neil is the best! Chelli, in the office, is amazing and super friendly. With Royal Aire you feel more like family then a customer. Side note.. we signed up for the monthly $14.95 package and have already put it to use twice, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT>

Last fall, my mom’s a/c wasn’t cooling her house. Called Royal and they were able to come out. Service person stated her unit was leaking and couldn’t be repaired. Asked for an estimate for replacement unit. They quoted $11,000. Fast forward to last week, we decided to get another opinion and/or estimate. Called another local a/c business that was able to come out. This technician stated that the unit most likely has a pinhole leak and that others would say it’s not repairable but it is. Long story short, they were able to stop the leak and refill the coolant for $750. My mom’s on a fixed budget and while it was still $750, much more doable than $11,000.

Had a scheduled appointment with this company and they arrived 4 hours early without notice and he was upset because my parents were not home. Then the whole time gives attitude to my father yelling at him being disrespectful and unprofessional about his old unit. So upset with the poor quality of customer service that was received and lack of professionalism.

Omar Mojica was professional, and friendly! Very knowledgeable and gave us a good understanding of what was going on with our AC Unit. I would request him for any future issues with my heating and air conditioning!!

We were very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of our service technician, Forest. He took time to took the time to carefully inspect each of our units and to explain what needed to be done. Five stars plus.

igniter failed on gas furnace late wednesday after 5 pm. i called royal air. they sent a tech over. he found and fixed the issue. very nice job!

Excellent service and respectful of property. Izak arrived on time and did maintenance and cleaning on our AC. He was thorough and knowledgeable.

Awesome service. Royal Aire was very open, honest and answered all my questions regarding installation and fees so there weren't any hidden fees or unexpected surprises. Their fees were better than others and while we were scheduled for installation over a week later, they bumped us up to install the very next day and it was done professionally within hours. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for better. One of the very best of Chico.

Donnie Cope came out today and cleaned out all 4 of our heating and air conditioning units, repaired one unit, installed new filters and got all of our systems running smoothly - we love it! We signed up for the Royal Aire maintenance program so that now our building will get regular heating and air conditioning maintenance. It is a good deal! They even gave owner Doug a discount for being a Vietnam Veteran, so that was great.

We want our building to have a heating and air conditioning system that is kept up to date, because in this area it is too hot during the summer to have a breakdown. When Donnie was here he helped us get a good idea of what is going on with our system, so now we can feel a lot more comfortable about our heating and air conditioning system. Thanks, Donnie!
