    Our maintenance technician was Greg Scheitler. he was very professional and extreemly thorough. we have two AC units and allways thought we had two filters but nobody before could find the second one . Greg found the second filter in a place where i would have never guessed it would be. yhis guy is awesome and our AC unit works better than ever , Thanks Greg and Royal Air, and thanks for the great deal on our solor system.

    The technician that was sent out was not trained on Mini splits when they knew that's what the item was they were coming out to look at. he had issues because the measurements on it were metric I tried to explain to him there's easy conversion charts online and then in the end after charging me almost $80 to tell me my unit wasn't working they said that they couldn't work on my mini split. It wasnt their brand.. good information they could have told me before I spent 80 bucks. By the way they were on time

    Quick, and timely service. However, when I called to inquire as to follow up for the status of verification of warranty on part that was replaced, I was informed I would receive a call back, but did not hear back from anyone. Even if they had to confirm they could not get the warranty to cover the replaced part, a call back as had been assured, would have been appreciated.

    Royal Aire installed my new AC, furnace, water heater and new propane service equipment 11 years ago and have provided maintenance services twice a year ever since. Mark arrived as scheduled this April -- on time, took extraordinary care to explain what he was going to do, wore shoe covers when he entered the house, reported the results after the testing, cleaned the filter and the AC unit, set up the October appointment, and answered every question. The services really are "services" geared to the customer's needs, from office response to technician's expertise. Really inspire trust.

    Terrible customer service, called and spoke with somebody to arrange for an estimate for some HVAC work. They took my info and stated that the person that handles that would get back to me. I waited a couple days and then recalled. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was in a meeting and would call me back as soon as they were finished. It's been a week now with no contact...

    UPDATE:

    Royal Aire was more responsive to my negative review than my service request. You have my contact info, I called in 3 separate times and gave it to you.

    Customer service is alive and well here at Royal air.... We had a problem with one of the techs he was having an off day and it showed...by the time he left we were really annoyed and wrote a review reflecting that. First thing the next morning I received a phone call from Bob the service manager he wanted to start by saying he was sorry.... he made no excuses he was genuinely upset that we didn't get the best service possible (loved that) and so was the tech that had come out (very big of him to admit he was wrong). The professionalism that Bob and Royal air showed us was so refreshing. In this day and age to get someone who will listen to you, and treat you with respect, even though your complaining to them is amazing!!! Thank you so much! We all have off days it's how we handle them that sets each of us apart....if you want a company that will value you as a person, and not just a name on a work order, this is the place. Thank you again Bob Brown, because of you we will be coming back to Royal Air for future heating and air needs :-)
