    We were exhausted from the process of moving into our new home. Someone noticed that the mini/split a/c was leaking water, so I called Royal Aire. Eduardo came out, diagnosed the issue, expertly fixed it, and showed me how to take care of the issue in the future, all with a much needed dose of friendly joy. He cheered us up immensely as well as being thorough in his explaining to me the care of the mini/split. Much gratitude for his kindness and thoughtfulness.

    The appointment setup was done very smoothly. Eduardo showed up on schedule and did a terrific job. He was extremely thorough, including taking many pics of my rooftop unit to show me after he did my maintenance. Went over details. We discussed my ducting and he made some very helpful observations. New return filters. All for the originally quoted maintenance fee. It was an excellent service experience! I have found my new HVAC service company and will ask for Eduardo in the future.

    We had a great experience with Royal Aire. The original tech couldn't determine if the issue was our circuit board or blower motor, they sent out a different tech to finalize the opinion and get the part shipped in. With in a few days it was back in and we've got AC again.

    My only issue was with the companies coordination. When inquiring about our installation date we were told one day and then it changed the next. Then we were told that they'd over night the part but that didn't happen. We also were never originally quoted on the part and only given a rough estimate. When we called to get the actual pricing we couldn't get a solid answer until after the instal. It was a bit disheartening but we stuck with them and were super understanding and eventually the logistics of it all worked out. They were super kind and helpful in the end and I would 100% recommend you go with them. Our experience was an anomaly.

    I'm changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. My touch screen panel for my thermostat went out after just a few months, and not only did Royal Aire return my call the very next day but they also had somewhat out to fix it in less than 24 hours after it broke, no questions asked. On a Sunday no less. I went from deeply frustrated to pleasantly surprised. Fantastic customer service, and the technician, Nick, was extremely professional and friendly. Thank you for the quick fix.

    There was a bit of a delay for delivery of unit, due to todays lack of product availability, but Royal Aire got us one out of Texas, the installers Rod (Ron) and Rick did a great job, and the technician Tim did a great job in troubleshooting an unforseen glitch in unit, I am very pleased with their professionalism and punctuality. Job well done from the presentation of sale with Karrie to install.

    So my AC unit is dripping underneath my house, the evap. pan has rusted through. When I noticed the dripping, I called Royal.

    The person on the phone recommended that I sign up for their monthly plan, and have the system maintained, and to let the maintenance tech know the issue I was having. I took her advice.

    The maintenance tech looked me in the eyes and told me the unit was not leaking when I asked. Next time I crawled under my house, it was still leaking, he didn't check. I called Royal to express my frustration. They sent out a senior tech, followed by a salesman.

    The senior tech explained that the leak could not be fixed, and the salesman wanted me to buy a new unit. The salesman had to hand write a quote for me on a piece of printer paper that I provided my self.

    I called to cancel the monthly fee a couple months ago. My wife just told me I AM STILL BE CHARGED EVERY MONTH.

    Go ahead and do business with Royal, but I never will again. The nice folks at McClellan can at least email me an itemized estimate.
