    Our A/C went out on a Friday at 4:30 on one of the hottest days of year, We called Royal Aire at 5:30 & they made an appointment for the next day at 3, an hour later they called to let us know they were on their way out. Forrest the technician had it working in about an hour. Would highly recommend Royal Aire!

    We were scheduled to leave town on Friday, Thursday evening, AC stops working. We have a ill cat, can't leave her in a hot house. Called Royal Aire at 8AM on Friday. The service tech was there at 9:30, had the AC fixed and running better than before by 10AM. We were on the road by 10:30. Great service plan, and would highly recommended Royal Air Heating and AC.

    We called Royal Aire out twice. The first time was for our AC not turning on, we were told that it was the electrical in our house that cause the issue and had simply messed with the breaker box, seemed reasonable as it is an older house. The second time we used Royal Aire, our AC would turn on but make a horrendous noise when doing so. We were told that the capacitor had exploded, was sparking when turning on and that we would need a whole new unit. The tech told us that the capacitor would be about $400 to replace and would not solve the issue. Royal Aire tried to sell us a new unit for $15,551 instead of attempting to fix the problem for a reasonable cost. They additionally stated that the capacitor was an after market part and was only added due to a larger issue inside the unit. Thankfully, we called around prior to spending that amount of money and found out that capacitors go out every couple of years and are definitely NOT after market. We found the part locally and fixed our own AC for cheaper than the cost of the service call. When we called them back they continued to try to sell us a unit instead of admitting they had been wrong.

    The technicians are awesome. I'm sure glad that I'm a Gold Member. I was able to get work done quickly, without having to wait or pay for the last three visits that were all close together and during really hot temperatures. Thank you Royal Aire!

    Tom was amazing. Our AC went out on a Friday and he was there Saturday morning trying to fix our AC. It was 104 and I live with an elderly parent. He found a motor that would work and our AC is working better than ever. Thank you so much. Debby, Donna and Marjorie

    5/26/22 service: Technician Gabriel was very knowledgeable and quickly repaired my A/C unit. Scheduling was super easy and Tiana was very helpful and accommodating. I recommend Royal Aire.
    RA also replaced all our ducts in 2019 and we are very happy with the work.

    These guys were AMAZING from start to finish. Our furnace and a/c unit died. We called Costco and waited 3 days for them to contact us. Told them it was an emergency. Finally just looked up who they use and called Royal Aire. Matt was amazing, got us an appointment first thing the next morning, Danny came out and was so nice! Sat down and talked to us, told us all our options, what to expect, etc. We needed an all new A/C and Heater and to have the ducts sealed. Much to our surprise install was the next day! We were so happy! The group of young men that came out were outstanding. Professional and polite! I only remember the name of one, Eric, but every single one was awesome! Kudos to your workers Royal Aire! They were fast and it was so nice to have heat again! We paid what we expected to pay for a really good system. All in all our entire experience was great with Royal Aire. I highly recommend them!
