    The original furnace was clearly not placed by this company, venting was done into the attic. Feel much safer and warmer. 18 years with the first one before it died, we feel lucky, glad we had CO2 monitors for the living area and no alarms.

    Last year we bought air and air conditioner and heating unit from Royal Heating and Air. The installation was quick and the guys were courteous. However when we have the inspection done it failed, they had to come back out and fix some things to get it passed. They offered us a twice a year inspection on the unit with a 1 filter replacement after a year. After 6 months of having the unit they came out and did their inspection and found that there was insulation blocking up the filter so they had to replaced it due to it being clogged, and we have insulation in our vents, and have installation smell since. Then 6 months later they came out and found that it needed to be changed again and proceeded to charge us $100 for a second filter when it wasn't even our fault for the first filter. My wife told the tech that we were not paying for a second filter and he disagreed and called his boss and told him that he was changing out the filter and that we refuse to pay for it. His boss was supposed to call us back and never did, after getting a bill from them I called my salesman who no longer works for the company and he calls them and ask why we are paying for a second filter when the first filter wasn't even our fault, he then told us that they said that they would take care of it. Yet again we get another bill saying that we are late on paying our filter I don't understand how we pay $30,000 for a unit and having an issue with them picking up the filter. I would not recommend them to anyone.
