    Technician, Forrest was great, polite and efficient. But salesman in my opinion is overly pushy. Instead of listening to your immediate issue he tries to sell you new heat and AC systems.

    Our heater wasn't working, so I called Royal Heating & Air. A friendly person answered the phone, and we were able to get an appointment scheduled the very same day. The tech that visited was professional, didn't waste any time, and fixed the issue, and ended up charging us even less than quoted over the phone since the repair wasn't difficult. Would definitely recommend these guys!

    Bill Bouttote visited my home twice recently. His service and advice were exemplary. I have been using Royal Aire for over a year and am very satisfied with all their services. No matter the tech or the friendly voice on the other end of the line, the service is always prompt, and more often than not, early.

When I called the office later with a question, the office staff was so friendly and helpful. I think her name was Brielle. She was so kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you for such great service.

    RIP OFF - should be named ROYAL RIP OFF. Had repair inspection performed, was quoted $1148 for new gas valve and $1079 for control board which was told was "not available". Turns out did not need new gas valve, only control board which found OEM for $74.
    In addition they tried scare tactics to sell a new system for over $14,000. Do not use, you've been warned.

    Our a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. Did not think we would see a technician for a few days. Called up Royal Aire and they had someone out next day and fixed our a/c all in the same visit. The techs we very nice and made sure everything was working correctly before they left. Could not be happier, if I have a issue in the future they will be my first call.

    They were simply amazing. They got out to help us out of a jam. Didn't try to sell us anything just fixed the problem and answered our questions honestly and with respect.

    Not only did they beat 5 competitors prices by 1000s of dollars, Mike showed up the same day I called and treated us like people instead of a job. He showed me what our options were and took the time to explain the differences. He got us better financing than the competitors, a better priced unit AND got us a new Linux HVAC unit installed on our roof THE NEXT DAY. Other guys had us a week out because they couldnt get a crane. He even had guys volunteer to do the job on a SATURDAY because we were in a high heat wave and my husband has breathing problems from the military. The new unit is quieter, more efficient and our pge bill has even gone down a bit.
    He put our life back together overnight!
    Of course, the two guys that did the installation were nice, respectful and quick at the job. No extra damage or costs and they were so quiet, we forgot they were on our roof. Not a scrap of trash was left behind. They did amazing!
    I can't believe I wasted my time even getting quotes from the other companies. Never again. Royal Aire EVERY TIME from now on!
