Was able to send someone on short notice. Matthew showed up 15 min before the 6-9 Am window ( I had told them they couldn’t be too early). Diagnosis and risks were clear, got all the necessary information to make my decision, and carried the parts and materials necessary to execute the repair decision One visit, ready for the next hot day. Prompt, competent, follow through. : )
