Titan just finished up installing a new HVAC system in the attic, and so far everything has been great. We feel the air is cleaner (air scrubber as part of the air filter system) and the ac and heat run much more efficiently. The guys that came by working on the install were all nice and polite and cleaned up each day after their shifts. We highly recommend these guys. 2 weeks later a quick follow up- the fan only function is not working, maybe it never did, I doubted it running fan only after installation because we didn’t hear or feel anything for fan only function. A tech came by today and could not resolve the issue for the fan (the fan runs while heat and AC are running) but the added function of the air scrubber was that we could run it as fan only. So their supposed to return next week for a further look at the issue. Glad there is a warranty on the system if there is a further issue. I’ll post an update after the next tech visit. LATEST update - the tech returned to address our running fan only issue and long story short, he made the necessary fix and the fan only situation runs great now. The overall system runs great and we’re very happy with it.

Matthew King is very professional and courteous. He took time to answer our questions and we did not feel he was rushing. Matthew and his colleague wore shoe covers as well upon entering our home. I will definitely use Titan again in the future.

AJ Melendez came to our home on time. He explained everything thoroughly and we’re happy with his service.
