We're replacing our 20-year-old system, updating to a more efficient and flexible multistage one; a system, in fact, that may well prove to be smarter than we are! This review is written following just the first day of the changeover, but the replacement/install is going so smoothly I don't know that there will be more to add. The crew definitely knows their stuff, is responsive, courteous and very clean. So far 100%+ satisfied!

Second day report. Big crew today, arrived at appointed time, did the bulk of the installation, stayed until they'd finished what they'd set out to do today. Very professional and informational.

Third day. Smaller crew today but installation is complete and tested. Amazing how effortless and quiet this system is. It's a bit larger than the house calls for, but we're glad to have it 'loafing' most of the time; it'll probably last longer. The split-system is great; independent up- and down-stairs controls and zones with a single A/C unit! Marvelous.

Matthew King, who was our HVAC rep / specialist, did a great job doing the work, and in communicating clearly the options. He did not "up sell," but instead gave us clear options and allowed us to make an informed decision. I think the service charge was very fair, but the reason I like Titan Air and Matthew King is because of the excellent service and transparent communication. We will need to replace our HVAC system soon. I will definitely go with Titan Air. 5 stars for sure!

Found out on moving day the new home had issues with AC. I inquired if they could help the same day (and morning) and Lacey H. called and was able to get a tech out right away who was polite and professional and got the AC blasting like the north pole in just an hour or so. Definitely would recommend.

Everyone at Titan was professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the service, and every task came with a thorough explanation. I will definitely be using Titan again in the future.

We returned late last night from vacation and our adult son (who is physically disabled and needs AC) notified us that the AC unit went out on Friday.
We called on Saturday and got a quick response that we might be able to have same day service and then within 2-hours, Matthew was en route.
Matthew was very thorough, professional and explained all of our options including a repair, a new unit in the same place and the benefits of relocating and new duct work to increase the air flow. This is very important to us since our son's bedroom always seems to be the warmest room in the house. As a result, we have to run the AC unit almost non-stop during the day.
We decided to replace both the 18-year old furnace and the 16-year old AC unit, new duct work relocate to a better location. Mark Fisher assured us he would make this a priority for us due to our son's medical condition and we are very happy with their service and work
We used them in April to install an ozone air purifier on our system that has been working great. I'm a plumbing contractor and appreciate the level of communication that Matthew gave my wife and I.

I have nothing but great things to say about Matthew and Titan Air Conditioning Inc. Firstly, he was very punctual. My confirmation email mentioned an arrival time between 0700 and 1000 hours, but he arrived a bit earlier than 0700 and was prepared to get the job done. This was fantastic as it allowed me to get stuff done and not wait around all day. He was very professional, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Seeing as I know very little about A/C systems, any question I had, he was sure to answer and explain it to me in a way I could understand. It is because of Matthew, I have absolute no doubts that I can trust Titan Air Conditioning Inc. with all of my A/C needs. Thank you!

Had another issue come up with our heater and called Titan. Matthew showed up the next day and had our system back online quickly; and this is the third experience I've had with Titan where they've helped us in a pinch (AC issues last summer that they fixed super quickly). Would highly recommend then for service and installation (looking to have them do some more work soon).
