Service was quickly scheduled the work was accomplished in professionally and done right. Our technician (Allan) was knowledgeable and knew his job left the property clean and it was done at a very fair price. Overall Great Service! I really appreciate good honest work and that’s what you do AARD.

Hands down, AARD is the BEST HVAC company in Southern California!! It is a family run business and I can't say enough about them. Owners, Rose and Andy, are truly amazing human beings.

Their responsiveness is like nothing I have ever experienced as a consumer, especially when dealing with contractors and related service providers. When I try to get a jump on my tasks for the next day and I send a late night email to Rose, I am never surprised when she responds to me that same night! I don't think she sleeps and I have no idea how she does it but she does!!

Their staff is professional and knowledgeable. Their back office team is amazing, as are their technicians in the field. They are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and gracious. Additionally, they will only sell to you the best solution. They will never sell to you the most expensive solution, unless it is needed, or take advantage of your lack of knowledge to make more money.

I manage construction projects and residential operations for owners of multimillion dollar properties and I stake my personal and professional reputation on every service provider with whom I work. AARD will never let you down. One day I am going to drive to their offices just to hug everyone. THAT is how they make you feel. 🤗

Allan was very thorough and professional. As he was performing the maintenance he informed me what was needed immediately and what I would be able to put off for a later time. He showed me pictures he took of the before and after.

We had our A/C and heating installed about 2 years ago and I got a text from
AARD to check if we needed any service etc. I did, I wanted them to check if the sound it was making was normal. They came right away and the service tech (Allen) was very knowledgeable. He fixed whatever the problem was and explained every step he did. I would highly recommend AARD Mechanical.

Found this company off Yelp and was able to have someone come out the next day for an estimate. Allan the tech was very helpful in explaining the services that I wanted to have serviced at my home. What was also great was that they kept you updated through the whole process.

AARD was quick to respond to my request for service after I discovered that my airconditioning unit was not working when the weather warmed up recently. They were able to fix my unit within a few days of my call. The tech, Alan, was very friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem of a broken capacitor and replaced it right away. He stayed for a half hour after to make sure that the aircon cooled down as expected and metered the intake and outtake to confirm this. He was even nice enough to replace both the filters in my house. Very happy with my recent experience with AARD.

The company came to give me an estimate on relocating an air-conditioning unit. They were very knowledgeable about the process and answered all questions I had. They were very friendly and responsive. Will definitely do a follow up to see what best suits are budget.
