Sigler Brea is a great HVAC supplier. The guys are knowledgeable and quick. They get orders ready fast, saving me time. They are always friendly and a pleasure to work with. To other techs who complaint about long hold times: this only happens during very busy times. On average, they answer the phones rather quickly. Also, Carrier family of brands is of great quality. They stock all of the basic tools and supplies. I highly recommend them.
As a project engineer/manager in HVAC/Refrigeration at Alliance Industrial Refrigeration Services, and as a former Manufacturer's Sales Rep, I must say the level of service I've received is significantly below expectations for the following reasons:
Sales Rep failure to respond promptly (if at all) to requests, and will not answer telephone calls, only emails. Sales rep failure to provide necessary product information. Sales rep failure to be knowledgeable about the product he is selling. Hold times are as bad as stated in the previous review.
We have purchased enough equipment from Sigler for this not to be an issue. I will select York, Trane, etc over Carrier whenever possible in the future for these reasons.
"Sigler Brea. Can you hold please?"...proceed to being on hold for 20 minutes average.
Anyone calling Sigler can relate. Its ridiculous.
Why is it that US Air, Johnstone, Allied, RSD, AC Pro, United and all the others have figured out a way to actually handle incoming phone calls while this behemoth can't get the system right and insist that phone orders take a minimum 30 minutes?
I don't care who's responsible for this, but it needs to stop.
Every chance I get I cross Carrier parts over so I don't pay twice as much to experience the worst customer service in the industry.

With the AC season in full force, everyone is super busy, Erik and the team are extremely friendly and exceed our customer service expectations!!!!
