Jordan who set this up was amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind. The minute I talked with Jordan I knew I wanted to use your company. My son Kevin had another company coming later that day and I wanted to cancel them but my son wanted us to get 3 quotes! The 3 rd company was 1,000 cheaper but we felt more comfortable with your company because of Jordan. So my husband and I chose Service Lion!
The two guys David and Manny that came to install were also very competent and knowledgeable! They worked so hard and finished in 1 day with also having to add a coil and condenser for air conditioning! We are very happy with the overall work of this company! We even signed up. For membership and will cancel our membership with another plumbing company and another heater and air conditioning. We will definitely highly recommend Service Lion to any that need repairs!

Manny and his bud were professional and really friendly. They’ve done an awesome job connected our dishwasher, new faucet and fridge water line. Even done extra work to keep our dishwasher stable and intact in its slot. I really appreciate it! Thank you very much!!

Oscar was the tech that came out for the electrical. He was very knowledgeable, polite and thorough. He answered all my questions and definitely put my mind at ease Hopefully I can request Oscar in the future as he was excellent.

Oscar and Jacob were the technicians on the job for electric outlet replacement for my father's home. Oscar was very experienced/knowledgeable/patient and his protégé, Jacob was a quick learner/efficient/diligent. Both were friendly and knew how to keep it light and friendly. In the beginning , Oscar estimated 30-40 outlets need repairs and about 5 GFCI's for some outlets. We agreed upon the price. After the job, Oscar went out of his way to fix about 20 outlets (totaling 52 outlets) beyond the initial estimate as well as an additional 3 GFCI's which he did free of charge. I really appreciated that. In addition, there was one complicated outlet that I found out wasn't working as Oscar and Jacob were about to leave. Without a complaint or any bad vibes, they took an extra 30 minutes to figure out the problem. They had just worked through lunch, but they powered through and got it fixed. Oscar and Jacob were true professionals and I cant thank them enough for their positive attitudes and expertise as well as cleanliness and thoroughness.

David G and Freedie showed up in the morning in response to a request to resolve an air conditioning problem. The problem turned out to be rather complex, requiring David G and Freddie to work the full day into the middle of the evening. All work was done in an most professional and sterile manner, leaving no trash or evidence that they had devoted the full day and part of the evening to work on the AC. I would recommend without reservations the quality of the work performed by Service Lion.

I needed my smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors replaced. Oscar carefully explained all of the options available to me and answered all of my questions. He was efficient, professional, a neat worker and was very kind and friendly. I will definitely use Service Lion again and highly recommend them.

Kevin arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. Quickly diagnosed my problem and provided a reasonable price. The repair was excellently performed.

Joe was extremely professional and very patient. He spent a lot of time making sure he understood the issues we were having and walking through solutions one by one. He did a good amount of troubleshooting before giving us estimates for anything he recommended. George (his manager) was also there to check up and make sure that everything was running smoothly.

This company is fantastic. Words can’t explain the compassion the service technician we had service our furnace. Timothy was a consummate professional in explaining the issue with the heater. The compassion he showed to my friend given his disabilities was amazing. I highly recommend this company and their services.

Extremely professional, polite, and communicative. Have continued to support any issues with my new HVAC system post install and been very prompt in doing so. Christian, our service tech, is a great guy and really easy to talk to - showed great respect for our home and pets.
