Excaliber notified me about Oscar’s visit to bid on my lighting project by both email and text message. Neither notification said anything about him collecting a $69 fee to give me the bid. He also tried to talk me into making changes in my breaker panel that I know would violate my panel’s maximum amperage.

I do not trust a company whose representative are deceptive like this. I will not be using their services and I strongly recommend against anyone else using them.

Worked with Oscar on troubleshooting a breaker that was tripping when running the oven. He provided a couple different options after not being able to replicate the issue which I really appreciated.

He replaced the wall valve behind my fridge with a fair price and a great job! I will definitely be calling them again.

I had a preset appointment this morning for 8AM until 12PM. I arrived early at 7:30 AM at my business location in preparation for my time window as agreed to by Best. After 8:00AM, I received a phone call from Best requesting a change in my appointment from 12 Noon to 2PM, because someone else had an “emergency.” Not a professional way of doing business at all. I will never consider Best again in the future, even though recommended by Bosch.

Manuel arrived on time and performed the maintenance on my heating unit. He made sure the unit was in top working order, checking all the registers and ductwork. Manuel was friendly, professional, and patient with my questions. He answered all my questions completely and made sure I was satisfied. Thank you Manuel!

David came to check why my shower plumbing was only allowing hot or cold thru the shower. I thought it was going to be a big job to fix the plumbing but he took a look and was able to see the problem and he fixed it in about 20 minutes and now the water flows the way it’s supposed to.
