David was professional and asked if I wanted to have him mention any problems he noticed or just ones that need attention immediately. I told he all problems so I can assess the needs. He said everything was great except our UV light and filter were out and needed to be replaced but the unit is working fine. He looked for a coupon I could use since I’m on a fixed income and he was able to reduce the fee. He want to get the part and candy back and replaced it within an hour. Very happy with the service.

Oscar responded quickly. He immediately identified the problem and quickly made the necessary repair. He also pointed out the discrepancy in the Sun Run installation. I could see the safety hazard and will have him back for the repair. I cannot recommend him enough.

Kevin was very friendly, professional and helpful and explained the problems with our irrigation sprinklers in a very clear and understandable way. I would use this company again.

At the beginning of July we decided to go with Excalibur to install our new HVAC system including installing new venting in the attic. After our sticker shock of the cost, we invested our trust in the Excalibur business to do this project because we are confident that Excalibur will stand behind their work. Kudos for installer and project supervisor David G who communicated well with us by answering our questions as the installation was in process. Manny worked hard installing and was great at getting the job done as we expected. Recommend for quality installation and completing job in a timely fashion. RECOMMEND.

One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. They showed up very late, the arrival time was changed 3 times and they arrived almost 2 1/2 hours late from the original quotes time. They thought I was born yesterday and tried to scam me out of $585 or $1195. I asked what guarantee or warranty I would have with either option and they said “one day to 2 months”. I told them thanks for the service call and I would simply pay their diagnostic fee and part ways. Then miraculously the warranty was extended to about 6 months with the higher priced service option. I completely understand that it was literally the hottest day of the year and they could make up whatever they wanted to but I wasn’t going to play games and get scammed. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Do not use them. No integrity! When you get that gut feeling that something isn’t right, it’s usual your intuition telling you to not fall for tricks and games. Bottomline, I just had another company come out and I paid half of these idiots cheaper option, and with a FIVE YEAR warranty on the part. That shows just how terrible they are. What liars!!!

I wholeheartedly endorse Excalibur. Their advice, scheduling, and service were all really professional and organized. Everyone we spoke with at our house and on the phone was really courteous and professional and we didn't have to wait around like the typical situation with contractors - these guys were right on time.

They were able to address our electrical generator install issue at a time when many service specialists would just turn down more difficult assignments. I truly like their "no job is too small" attitude. Most importantly, they made sure the end result was a success. What was originally a botched install turned out to be good in the end and it was a relief.

My ac unit stopped providing cold air. Had another company come and check it on weekend and was informed it was an electrical problem but was not able to give a solid quote for the service fee I paid of $75. Excalibur came and examined my ac unit and quoted 1020.00 to fix the caliber? Which was burnt out due to lack of maintenance, it was not an electrical problem and there was no service fee. Excalibur is honest and saved me money by suggesting I go through the company I purchased the unit with because it should be under warranty. My cost per the purchase company $375. My house is old and has numerous projects that are needed. I was recommended to purchase Excaliburs service plan which includes free estimates and discounts; which I definitely need. I highly recommend this company they are experts and provide the greatest customer service!
