You came out again for heating maintenance on 1 February . Manuel was also courteous & professional. Answered all my questions. I just joined as a member, so maintenance call was free. You are coming back next week to clean air ducts, as that has not been done for a long time. .

Diagnosed and repaired problem with the carbon monoxide alarm quickly. He then suggested I replace a smoke alarm, which I did. I have been very happy with Excalibur service and I’m considering the membership that Oscar discussed with me. Moises Was our technician. Showed up on time, masked up and covered his feet. He explained everything he was going to do before he did. He did a thorough and professional service on both the outside unit and the unit in the attic. Reminded us our membership was expired, so we re-signed. He did a great job. We would like To have Moises as our regular technician going forward.

It was just a consultation, but Glenn was very nice (courteous) and didn't pressure us or up sell us. He was honest and competent. Thank you to him.

Technician Oscar called ahead gave me his ETA . He arrived on time. He explained what work he would be doing & replaced Breaker with the correct amps and checked Condenser system. Very professional.

To everyone don't call these people at Excalibur. There not a trusted Business model. They have refused services to My home and have taken photos of My living rooms. There's something wrong with the plumbers as they gain Access to personnel information on property owners. The business is awful and don't ever call this business it's shady and the plumbers aren't responding to phone calls m they're not trustworthy as a business. The plumber was taking pictures of my inside living room without my consent and he left without giving an estimate. It's obviously a problem since Excalibur plumbing services has also without consent admittedly looked up personal information about the property without Court orders. The company called Excalibur do not want to work. There's also an issue where the company does things like spying on people. Thier driver or plumbers spied on My property. To al you people out betterrtrustworthy businesses don't call Excalibur plumbing services.

Michael showed up and he barely looked at it, gave me a high ball bid at over $300 and said it may be as much as $1200-$1500 to replace, Angi's fixed rate for repair or replacement was $175 and Mikey wouldn't match the price. Your guy blew it, it's a Moen faucet that clearly only needed a new cartridge and handle, I told him as much. The fix was so easy, I ran over to Ferguson's (3 blocks away) and grabbed the parts and did it myself in 30 minutes for $60 retail. Invest in better techs or don't be so greedy and your boy coulda made at least $110 after parts and put the gas he took to get here to better use.

Terrible. Window of time given was a joke. Late or didn’t show up due to being late at another job. I had to have tech get on roof and instructed the co of this on more than 1 Occasion. Tech showed up over an hour after the end time slot w no ladder!!! Couldn’t help and wasted my time. Still no AC. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional

Very rapid and accurate estimate. On the day of service, the technician arrived early, was pleasant, and performed the job swiftly. I wanted to replace my water heater and install a water softener. The quote was reasonable, and the quality of work was amazing; I would suggest Excalibur here in Brea (92821 area) to anybody.
