Matt came and was friedly and professional he got the work done quickly and it was done well. He cleaned up and left it cleaner then it was before he got here. Titan Air is the best company they are professional honest and really care about their customers. Won't use anyone else!

I was given the name of this company by a friend which made me believe the company was trustworthy. I called them and got a bid for $89 dollars for them to do a tune up on my AC before summer started because I wanted to maintain my AC and keep it running good. The service tech came out and after a few minutes of checking out the unit he told me it was old, it had a leak and needed repairs in the ball park of $1300-$1500. He advised that we should consider investing the $ in purchasing a new unit instead of repairing our old one because there was no guarantee the repairs would work and the only way they would guarantee the work was if we purchased a new unit which he quoted from $8k - $20k depending on the performance we wanted. After deliberating, we went with the repairs which he partially performed right then and there for $1k and said he would need to schedule the rest. The company never contacted me to schedule the additional repairs and never responded to my calls. I ended up hiring another AC company to finish the recommended repairs. The new AC service tech physically walked me through his inspection, his testing of the unit and explained the unit was in great shape and when I showed him the invoice which listed the work done and recommendations he stated he did not believe the work was needed and doubted fully performed. I realized that I had essentially been taken advantage of. I am writing my experience with this company so that someone else does not get taken advantage of.

I cannot say enough about this company they are great! Best service I have ever experienced for home maintenance/service. Great communication and not one time did I get the impression that they didn't have my best interest at heart. They were timely, professional, and did great quality work. I wish their company did more than HVAC because I would use them for everything!!

Mark set us up with what we needed to replace our Ac/Furnace and Robert came and installed. The installation was seemless from hauling away our old equipment, installing and cleaning up to teaching my husband and I about the unit. We’ve been long time customers of them and couldn’t be happier.

Great experience. Awesome and respectful installers. They fully explained each step of the process and how to maintain the new system. They never tried to upsell us on products we did not need. I give Titan the highest of recommendation.
