1. This company replaced my heating and air-conditioning units in the year 2020.
2. I am a 70 year old retired Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff and had two other bids to repair my heating and a/c units. AARD beat both of the other estimates to repair my heating and A/C units.
3. Andy, the repairman, followed all COVID-19 protocols.
4. The job repair work was done in one day and the crew cleaned up after their work was done.
5. The method of payment for all work that was to be done was discussed with the company office manager named Rose.
I6. I would highly recommend this company for any residential or business heating or air-conditioning issues.

The best AC company EVER! Rosa & Andy are so professional, responsive, and may I say HONEST.....something other companies do not have! My husband died July 2020 and my AC went out in August. I hired a friend of a friend to install a new one and he ripped me off, even broke into my house to get his tools and caused great structural damage! I was broke & devastated, specially knowing that this was a man to be trusted! My fault for not getting a licensed company to install new AC! I got many quotes all very expensive (mind you, I was going to use the same AC/furnace I had already bought from the guy that ripped me off!)...so I was getting quotes for over $15k just for installation, not including systems. I felt so lost since my husband dealt with all these home repairs. Then, I found AARD...I HONESTLY THINK THEY WERE GOD SENT FROM MY LATE HUSBAND! Rosa was so sweet, understanding and made the whole process so simple and clean. Her husband Andy and his crew are the sweetest ever, extremely professional, very honest and responsive to any concerns! Top it off, they were very affordable! They will be my go to people for repairs & maintenance. I will give them 1 million starts if I could! Thanks AARD!

AARD came out and fixed the heater unit on our rental property. It was a minor issue and they charged us the mininum of what they said would cost for a minor issue and didn't simply tell us to replace the unit without really looking into it like other contractors. Highly recommended!

This is by far the best company I’ve ever come across for air conditioning and heating services!
Everybody on the staff is extremely knowledgeable and they waste no time to come out assess your problem make an appointment with you and get the problem resolved. Everybody on the staff is kind respectful has excellent customer service cleanup after they leave and follow all mask guides and even wear booties inside your home.
They explained everything to us in detail and were very patient with all of our concerns and questions. It was so comforting to know that they all have knowledge around air conditioning and heating.
Prices are also extremely reasonable and the service and quality of service is exceptional. I had an HVAC unit installed two years ago that suddenly stopped working my compressor was freezing ducts were incorrect sizes fuses were blowing and these guys were able to fix it all at a very reasonable price.

I’ve been through a lot of heating and air conditioning companies but none like this one so if you’re looking for air-conditioning or heating-needs, I highly highly highly recommend AARD Mechanical Air Conditioning and Heating.

I would highly recommend AARD Mechanical Air Conditioning for any of your air conditioning needs. Hands down the most professional and reliable work out there. They were very thorough with their work. Awesome customer service, very friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

The response times were fast! I texted the company phone around 2100(9pm) and they responded. They came out the next day. My Ac would turn on for a few seconds and turn off for 5mins and try and run again. Andy the technician walked me through everything he was doing and what he saw. What I liked the most was that he educated me on the issue . I read many reviews of this company and all the positives ones stick out and are true . I would recommend them to anyone .
