The service Technician showed up on time and was very polite and respectful. He explained what he was doing and provided some suggestions. Price was reasonable at $90. Probably could have found a bit less expensive but they had someone available within my time frame. I will call them again next year for my maintenance.

Fantastic company. Called them for a quote for a whole new system at one of our rental properties and they showed up the next day and I had a quote in my hands that evening that beat out all the others but that wasn't even the best part. Their professionalism and quality of service was the real winner. They installed a new system a few days later and the work was perfect. We will definitely be using them going forward.

This is the second time I called on AARD for my HVAC needs and they are great. I was able to get a technician to my house within 3 hours of calling their office. Orlando came out to check on my Nest thermostat installation and was able to fix my heater problem quickly (heater would not turn on). Orlando was efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend for sure.

Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and helpful. Rose was very communicative and helpful and got back to me very quickly after my first message to them. Luckily my problem was a quick and easy fix. We will be calling them the next time we have a problem.

Allan is a rockstar. Seriously, he went above and beyond for us. We attempted to clean our dryer vent ourselves - bad choice. We got the brush end stuck in the vent. Allan was able to retrieve it and repair the rip we created while trying to clean the vent. Ironically our furnace went out the same morning that Allan was coming. He determined that the igniter had gone bad, still under warranty. Allan drove all the way to Culver City after finding the part there in stock (otherwise, we would be waiting until May). He went out of his way to get the part and get us back up and running. He was friendly, knowledgable, and communicative. Additionally, Frida was wonderful too. She was very communicative and gave us updates on when Allan would arrive. We will absolutely call AARD back the next time we are in need of any HVAC service (and we won't be attempting to clean the dryer vent ourselves again either). Thank you Allan!

I asked for a free estimate - adding insulation wasn’t a possibility in my condo, but their guy was fun, professional, and told me ways to get the results I am looking for, even though there wasn’t anything they could do. Much appreciated.

This company exemplifies how a business should be ran. From answering my request early in the morning to sending out a field service technician. The entire experience was on point. Josh arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He quickly narrowed in on the problem and was able to resolve the issue. This was something I googled all night and was not able to figure out. He was extremely thorough and cleaned up once he was done. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be using them for all my future HVAC work. Thank you

The tech was nice enough, just late and unkept: dirty clothes, messy hair, dirty van. He was an hour past the time expected (7:45-9:45, arrived at 10:30). After I explained the situation, he told me one thing. After my husband spoke with him on the phone, he came up with a completely different explanation. And then spent another 20 minutes looking around. I was underwhelmed by the service.
