AARD Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating

I found AARD via Yelp and they were the most responsive and attentive HVAC company out five we contacted for an unresponsive heater. The house has been ice cold in the past week due to a big temperature drop and having a company not only be immediately responsive but also caring about the situation like it was their own family in need was what really brought this service to a whole new level. It was like the response and care you get from going to 4/5-star hotel vs. a 2-star highway motel. Also, the position of not being pushy with their sales pitch was beyond helpful when you’re already horrifically stressed. Another company was overly “responsive” bit in the wrong way using scare tactics like we are sitting on an ticking b0mb and must act now with inflated prices that kept dropping “way more than they “”typically”” can do” if “we say yes today”. It was you’re typical icky old school, used car sales-type tactic and AARD was anything but that approach. They left it at “we’re here if you heed us” — now that’s how you treat people in dire circumstances. Thank you AARD and especially the owner, Rose who went above and beyond!!!

Can’t say enough on how happy I am with this company, their communication, flexibility and teamwork. Rose and Victor were great over the phone and via email to answer all my questions. The team that came out to replace our HVAC system Andy, Enrique, and Fernando my family is extremely grateful with the hard work you guys put in and staying late to make sure everything was working 100%. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.

I was very specific regarding the work I requested. An appointment was scheduled. When the tech arrived, he informed me that your company doesn't provide the service I requested. The tech was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, this appointment was a complete waste of time for everybody.

l am out of words to express my gratitude and satisfaction for the excellent job done, and customer service provided by Andy and Rose. They truly went out of their way to meet our needs and give us the best deal possible. Their customer service and professionalism are to be commended.
