My gf and I walked into Home Depot looking for garden supplies and ended up scheduling a free consultation with home comfort. We knew our a/c unit had been leaking refrigerant and would likely need to be replaced soon (it's 17 years old). To our surprise, there was an opening later that day for someone to come by. So we scheduled and picked up what we needed and headed home. RJ was right on time and ready for us as we got home. He quickly made it clear that their business revamps everything that your system needs, from the furnace, to the compressor, to the ducting, if needed. He was transparent about the cost being more than we were probably expecting but, after explaining the science behind their system, the quality of their products, and the customer service/warranty coverage, we couldn't help but say "deal!" The level of professionalism, knowledge, and care for his customers was apparent as we chatted with RJ for the better part of a couple hours. RJ and his team we prompt and finished the job in a couple of days. My attic has very small crawl spaces so it took them a little longer than they had first anticipated. But we now have crisp, clean, filtered air and are loving our new energy efficient system!

His presentation was professional and yet personal. The concerns we raised were addressed to our satisfaction. The project was handled by detail-oriented installers, who communicated with us throughout the process. The following day, Daniel returned to inspect the work and answer any questions we had. We could not be happier with the service we received. We highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
