Victor and Berto helped us with our A/C maintenance today. They were extremely professional and very patient with me. They explained all of the services that they will be doing today for our A/C and answered all of the questions I had asked. Very happy with the services today.

Orlando serviced my heater and A/C today. He was on time, polite, helpful, and very professional! He explained everything and I highly recommend him and Home Comfort!

Bernie and Jason were punctual and friendly. They handled the work with the highest professionalism and skill that can be expected from the company. They put the “comfort” in Comfort Guys.

This company claims to use the best products and have the highest standards, which is why we decided to hire them for our HVAC system installation, but they don't keep their word or promises.

Our 33 year old AC broke in July and they installed a new system. We've had many problems since then. Our AC didn't work and luckily they fixed it after 2 visits. Our heater has not worked properly since it was installed. They've repaired it 4 times and were at our home again yesterday. My husband and I have asked them to honor our warranty and replace our unit, which we were promised before we bought it. They are giving us the run around and today it is not working again.

It's sad, but I have to resort to leaving bad reviews and am in the process of finding a lawyer just so we can have a working heater. Not to mention that we are paying top dollar for our unit, $14,200. Buyer beware. Don't trust this company and their antics.

Santiago and Jason did an excellent job with my anual maintenance. They were very friendly, genuine, and professional. Definetly look forward to seeing them again. Thank you!

Very good experience with Donovan. Very nice person considerate polite and wore his booties inside my home. Explained everything to me and was more than willing to answer questions.

Technician was very professional explained everything to me. That’s why I had got the green light cell and a capacitor. I think you should give the technician an extra point because he came out twice to my home for repairs.

The technician did a thorough check on our AC system, cleaned our AC unit, and gave a few suggestions on running the system more efficiently. Definitely recommend before a hot summer
