Through Home Depot’s website for home services, we were connected to Home Comfort USA for HVAC maintenance. Scott was our technician, who arrived on time and was professional and thorough. He explained the process, answered questions, was extremely knowledgeable, provided pictures to help explain each service check, and all with a smile. He identified problem areas and helped set up our next appointment to go over options for repair/replacement. Highly recommend Home Comfort USA, especially Scott for all maintenance needs.

Very satisfied with the job. Was needing to change the ducts Home Comfort quote was half the cost of the competitor. Got a good finance deal so I went for it. They arrived on time and finished earlier than was estimated.

The technician Harley, showed up on time & explained how he would do his assessment, he checked the addict, the furnace, the A/C unit outside and every time he inspected it, he would explain how the unit was, whether he found anything wrong with it (etc). He was very helpful and gave me some advice on how to keep the unit clean and working properly. I would highly recommend them 👍🏼
