After the installation Enrique took the time to walk me through how to use the new system which was much appreciated considering how outdated our old one was. Santiago came out to do a Full System Evaluation on my unit since it’s very old. He did a thorough job, showed clear and excellent pictures, and offered various solutions. I had a serious Freon leak in my central R-22 A/C system. Before I got Home Comfort USA to help me, I had 3 different companies to come and check my system. None of them could provide me an explanation of what was broken in the A/C system. Scott, Jason, and Angel came to my house and did a thorough inspection. They first found out the unit was connected to 45 amps fuse while the compressor sticker recommends max 30. Then, they found it was wired to 50 amps on the circuit board. The compressor was also showing signs of multiple repairs. Furthermore, they went into the attic and found my furnace was placed directly on the ceiling without any safety measures. As a amateur in HVAC, I would never know there were so many safety concerns. Scott, Jason, and Angel patiently explained all the safety concerns one by one and why it was impossible to fix my 14-year-old unit. The next day Kyle, Sean, and Daniel came to my house and replace my furnace and A/C. They also did a great job showing me all the equipments before installing them and explaining me how they work. They finished the installation in 7 hours. Overall, everyone is very professional, and I am most impressed by their communication skills. Thank you guys for making my home a safer place to live.

Today I had home comfort USA scheduled for an AC maintenance visit. Santiago and Joseph were the technicians sent to my home, they were very professional, respectful, clean and knowledgeable . They did an amazing job with the service, inspected my attic and were just wonderful. Definitely recommend and am very happy with them
