I am overjoyed with our new AC system, the service and installation was excellent! It all went very smoothly, the whole crew was friendly and very efficient. There was a minor issue we ran into during installation due to our old ducts and not being able to get to part of them. Jesus right away explained the issue to me and he offered a solution right away. I was relieved to know he was committed to providing the best possible installation he could provide and not taking any shortcuts. They all finished the major part of the installation on Wednesday, then Aaron and Jesus both returned on a Saturday to complete the installation. They were both very efficient and have great work ethic. They made sure everything was set up properly and cleaned up afterwards. Our AC is great now, just in time for summer! I will definitely refer them to all my friends and family.

Santiago And Jason came out to service our AC system, and did a fantastic job! They were extremely thorough, professional, kind and respectful. Gave my system a great wash, showed us plenty of picture. Would recommend.

Bailey was very knowledgeable, respectful, & patient. Letting someone I don’t know in my home is never easy for me but I honestly could not have had a more pleasant experience. Simply the best technician Home Comfort USA has.

They quoted me $21,000 for a new ac system. Stated that my existing system was unrepairable and parts would not be available because the system was old. They tried to use pressure sales techniques - "this price I'm giving you is only good for today." I asked for a written quote, but the sales rep said that wasn't possible and made up excuses as to why. I got a 2nd opinion from another company who was able to repair the existing system for $1,300. The parts were easily available and job was done the same day.

Brandon Cowgill was a knowledgeable and professional serviceman. He was respectful of the home and had a wonderful attitude. He was a joy to work with and I highly recommend him.

Also installed air purification system. All the old equipment was removed. They left everything clean. Technicians are hard working professionals. Thank you so much for the amazing AC unit! Rj was our main guy for the AC inspection and we really appreciate he’s expertise and advice on what we should have for our new place. The job took about 2 days ( because our attic was smaller they couldn’t have too many guys up there at once so took a little longer than usual) the crew was super respectful and nice! They took care of everything for us even the clean up/trash. We appreciate you all so much thank you again ❤️
