Easily and quickly diagnosed the failure of my AC, which other AC technicians from other companies did not. Temporarily fixed so as to be comfortable during serious extreme heatwave. Permanent fix forthcoming. Alps was recommended by two other neighbors.

Tim, the Technician, arrived on time; was thorough; professional; explained services he performed in sufficient detail for a novice like me to understand and answered all of my questions. Bottom line: I trust that the maintenance service he performed will keep things running smoothly.

Really glad we chose Alps for our Heating and AC needs. Our home needed the entire HVAC system replaced as it was nearly 30 years old. Had three places come out to visit and quote. The price between all the companies was essentially the same, but the level of detail and care received from Allen and crew at Alps easily put them over the top. The other companies were OK but Allen took the time to explain everything in detail that we would be doing, including time to select the exact right model that was needed for each piece of equipment. The day-of install crews were phenomenal - Manny, Alexis, Jerry - and all the other guys did a fantastic day during the installation. Everyone was prompt and polite, and were respectful of being on property with booties and masks worn all day. I received a walk-through of what they had installed before they left, and a check-in follow up call a few days later from Allen. Superb all the way around!

Service is professional, communicated well, clear and concise. Explained what system fault was and went thru system checks and results. Considerate and courteous. Highly recommend to others.

Allen Puig is the sole reason why we chose Alps for our house. From day 1, we never received any of the sleeze or deception that is pretty common in this competitive business. Everything was honest, upfront, and in writing. We received 5 different quotes from other companies, and no other company contained as much technical and contractual detail as Allen's quote. It's also important to note that Alps was not the absolute cheapest quote we received, but decision was made based on every other important factor.

Gustavo, Lazaro, and Alexis was the 3 man crew dedicated to our house and it was all done within a day. They were very mindful of our babies' napping schedule and any work within the house. The resultant work was very clean and so sweet looking. I was given a walkthrough of all the work done as well as any basic controls. We've been enjoying our AC for the last couple weeks and it's been a delight. If anything were to go wrong, we would know that Alps will definitely follow through.

Alps installed our new AC last year. They were extremely professional, courteous, and responsive. They just performed the semi-annual checkup on time and very well. We are so happy with our system and with Alps.

Technician Alex Veramontes was very courteous and knowledgeable . He took one look and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. He explained what he was doing and took time to answer all my questions. The office staff was also very nice and got me an appointment the same day for which I was thankful, since it was a very hot day. I recommend Alps air and will use them again

Alps is a great family owned company!! They provided an assessment of my house’s needs, engineered a solution, and built a great new system that is working great.
