Alan really helped us picked out what was best for us, no over selling just honest and helped to confirm our own research findings. Manuel and Richard who did the install were also high quality and courteous, you can tell by the high level of quality of the install that they don't cut any corners and pay attention to details.

I had 2 air and heating systems put into my home. Manuel, Jorge, Wualter and Jose were very polite and professional.They worked well together. They put both systems in one day. Covered my stairs and the entrance to the area that they were working on.They explained to me how to work the system and change the filters, and how often I should get maintenance service. They clean up after themselves and hauled away all the old equipment. I would recommend anyone that purchases a system through Alps to request these men.

Alfredo from Alps arrived to resolve my AC not blowing cold air. He was professional. Maintained safe distance, wearing safety gear. Evaluated my system and was able to provide a resolution quickly at a minimal cost. This is the second time I have used Alps and will continue to use them as my preferred AC/Heating service provider.

Travis came to my home today to service my AC and furnace (tune up). He was pleasant, respectful and efficient. My service window was between 12-3 pm. I received a text from Travis at 12:07 notifying me that he was on his way. He arrived quickly and after listening to my concerns, he quickly went to work . Travis was thorough and professional and was cognizant of my time constraints. Satisfied customer.

(5 Stars) I am extremely pleased with the service provided today (3/6/21) by Alex Viramontes from ALPS Air Conditioning and Heating. Alex arrived early for our annual winter system tune-up and got right to work on our annual maintenance. He quickly addressed my request to re-balance the systems airflow by adjusting the inline dampers to meet our specific preference. This was an additional service and entailed Alex having to access the system manifold and dampers that were located in a very limited crawlspace in our upper attic. He located all of the ducts/dampers and adjusted them multiple times until we were satisfied with the air distribution. Each time he made a damper adjustment he had to re-enter the attic crawlspace through a very small manhole in the ceiling of a closet. But he didn’t give up until we were satisfied. I only wish I had that much energy and perseverance. After completing the airflow adjustments, Alex was very thorough and meticulous with completing every item on the annual maintenance checklist. I never got a feeling that he was rushing or compromising quality, and when he completed my service call, I felt very confident that my system was in excellent shape for another year. Alex has been maintaining our system since it was installed over 3 years ago and he is a great technician and great asset to the ALPS company for furthering its excellent reputation.

I've had ALPS install Central HVAC in two of my homes and the work has been superb and fairly priced. Service has been excellent and never overcharged or recommended Services that I didn't need. The owner, "Big Al", has always taken a personal interest to ensure that the work was done correctly. Never used anyone else, even though the company headquarters is in Orange county. Service is timely and completed in a professional manner.

The installation team of Manuel and Erick were fantastic. I just had Alps install a Lennox Heating and Air Conditioning system when our 14 year old system failed just before Labor Day weekend. These guys showed up on time and worked as a great team. Manuel listened well to my concerns, gave clear explanations and was just great conversing about everything during the day. By the end of the day we had everything in place when the heat and humidity were forecast throughout the week. great experience.

Joey and Kiki did a terrific job installing our AC and heating unit. They didn’t take any shortcuts and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I would not hesitate to recommend them or the company to any of my friends.

We had our Lenox air conditioner services as part of our annual maintenance. Also for some reason when we turned on our system a week ago we received an error message. This may have been due to my turning off our house power and the thermostat didn't reboot properly. Our service tech was great. I watched him and he explained all thru the process what he was doing. He recommended that I hose off the condenser coils every couple of months. Something I didn't know but I will do. He not only did it, he wipes the entire unit down drying it like it was a new car. Very please with his work. He also wore feet covers before entering our home, which we appreciate He also wore his protective face mask. Great job Alps.

I had a great experience with my free estimate meet with ALPS. I got a text prior to my techinican arriving giving me info and bio on him. Which I was very surprised but nice to know who is coming out to see you and their work and education experience. Plus you can track them on your phone so you know exactly when they arrive. I met with Joey who was very professional and he explained what I needed and the differences of different units. Pricing was very reasonable and they give a military discount. Thank you Joey, and I recommend calling them and have them give you a quote.
