I’ve used ALPS for a few years now and they are reliable and honest. Never forced to do any unnecessary work. The technician would advise if something is still in decent working condition and recommend a timeframe of when it should be worked on.

Also, get the annual membership as it helps save on the annual required maintenance. ALPS membership includes one around fall/winter (Heat) and another around the summer (A/C) plus a discounts. I definitely recommend ALPS for all your HVAC maintenance.

Very complete service by Tim. Went through my whole system and told me what was going on with it. He was very knowledgeable and detailed in his work. Did not feel upsold because he’s very truthful. Kept the place very clean. I recommend.

ALPS did a great job. They were able to schedule my appointment to occur within a week of my call saying I wanted to move forward. They replaced my AC, furnace, ducts in my attic and more. My AC unit used to be right next to my front door and they came up with a wonderful solution of using the crawl space to move the unit without having to cut through concrete. This helped save me so much time and money. The team showed up on time and took their time to make sure the job was done right and well.

Alps installed my new AC and dual heater three years ago and does annual service. They are the best out their for professionalism and explaining things! Highly recommend! Their techs including James today outstanding!

Alps Heating and AC initially installed a new Lennox AC and Heating unit in 2014. The whole experience, from installation to yearly routine maintenance has been wonderful. Every employee I have interacted with has been knowledgeable and helpful. I love their motto, "How can I make you smile today". They do just that. I highly recommend them.

Jorge and his team did an outstanding job! Because we were changing our original heating install from garage to upstairs in the attic, we were concerned that everything would turn out well. Our concerns were handled in a most professional manner and I thank Jorge, Walter and Eric for their attention to detail.
