After finding out we had asbestos, we called ALPS. Collin came and assessed and gave us the best price out of three quotes to replace the existing air ducts. Gus came with his partner and did an amazing job replacing the ducts. All of the employees were very nice and professional😄👍🏼

Gus and Alex worked well together. Although a third person woukd have been nice. The 2 answered my many questions in a most professional manner. Good people, hard working and very efficient. I will gladly call Alps for Any air conditioning/ heating problem in the future!!!

We used Alps Heating and Air Conditioning 2 years ago to replace our furnace and had such a good experience that we called on them recently to replace both of our ancient air conditioners. As before, our representative took his time in helping us make a decision on air conditioners that we were very comfortable with. The team who installed the air conditioners was excellent. They were friendly, unobtrusive, informative and kept all of their stuff organized and picked up. When they left, they took all the trash. We even found the office staff to be very responsive and quick. We'd definitely use Alps again and we'd recommend Alps to our friends, family and anyone in need of heating and air conditioning services.

Very easy to work with. Care of carpet and surrounding furniture/floor was excellent. Cleanup at the end of the day was also well done. Very happy so far !

Alfredo was the technician. He was professional yet very friendly. He told me exactly what was wrong with my heater and what my options were going forward. I was totally surprised when he told me the charge for his services because nothing is that inexpensive anymore! Two other things I really appreciated about this company - a representative from Alps kept me apprised of Alfredo's whereabouts and when he would be arriving so that I didn't have to guess as to what time within the two-hour window he would show up. It's too bad more companies don't adopt this practice so you can go about your business until the tech shows up as opposed to wasting time waiting around for 2 to 4 hours until the doorbell rings. Also, I liked the idea that they text you a picture of the tech who will be coming to your house along with a short paragraph that describes him. This way you know who you're opening your door to and inviting into your home. This is a thoughtful level of protection that someone like myself - a single female, appreciates.

So if you are looking for a class-act company with reasonable prices and expert technicians to service your heating/AC, Alps Heating & Air Conditioning is the place you want to call!

Nothing worse than the AC going out during a heat wave. Alps was quick to respond, and during their visit quickly and properly repaired the problem. Alfredo was very personable and professional.
