Kiki Gomez, Eric and Lazaro came in on time to install both AC and Heating unit. They were nice, professional, explain things (new thermostat), and clean up everything. Very professional and I will not hesitate to recommend ALPS Air Conditioning company.

A/C was not making cold air but cool air. The flow was not what it use to be. A/C going on and off. The technician Tim Tran arrived and then went to see the a/c unit. He began to check the temperature differential between the air coming out of the a/c vent as well as what was behind return to the a/c intake. Said the numbers were good. Then he started to take the unit apart. After awhile he called me over to show me how dirty the intake area was. Then he started to take fan motor out and showed me the dirty inside that needed to be cleaned out. He went down stairs to clean the fan housing out with water and cleaner. He then discovered the seal was leaking oil, but did not pressure me to buy another motor. I really appreciated that. He then took my condensing unit apart and deep cleaned it. While everything was drying he cleaned out my furnace as well. Tim was very on top of his work and showed me everything that the system was doing. When he was done the airflow improved quite a bit. I joined the comfort club and I suggest you do the same because it is definitely worth it!
