Great communication setup. Called to make the appointment and got automated text messages about the status of the appointment. Tech was out just toward the end of my two hour window and Jose V was great. Took the time to listen to what occurred and then went straight into the diagnosis. Changed the motor and he did all the checks to make sure we were all set. He was very professional and gave me some great info on my system and what the latest standards are. Good things that will help me make an educated call next maintenance tell. Would call them again for my next HVAC needs.

Tim guilted me into leaving a review, but tbh his work and advice were solid with no real extras being tried to be sold other than recommendations for future concerns.

I will definitely recommend this company for all your AC and heating needs. Jose Vargas was the technician that came to my home today. He was very professional from the moment he rang my doorbell to the time he left. He wore shoe coverings and mask the whole time he was in my home. He was very diligent is assessing my issues with my unit and vent system. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant even with my constant questions. I'm very happy with Alps Aircondition and heat service. Jose Vargas the technician is an excellent employee and great asset for this company. Big shout out to Jose Vargas. Great Job!

After 26 years of faithful service, we decided it was time to replace our HVAC system to include: AC compressor, gas furnace, coils, smart thermostat, and air purifier. We had two basic requirements, energy efficiency and quietness. We received five proposals. Alps we definitely not the least expensive but we went with them for following reasons.

When Alan came to our home for walkthrough in order to generate proposal he did a very thorough job. He looked at all the equipment, ducting, electrical and so on. A couple other companies basically walked in looked at the furnace asked a couple questions and left. Alan listened to what we wanted and showed us Lennox equipment that he thought would match our needs. This was important as we had received several proposals quoting “builder grade” equipment that was made in the “same” factory as Lennox. The proposal we well written and described in detail the equipment and all aspects of the installation.

Installation was on June 24, 2021. The installation team consisted of Jorge, Walter, and Erik. All three true professionals who took pride in the work and very pleasant to work with. Really hardly knew they were here most of the time. They left the house probably cleaner than when they arrived. Great install group!

We really love the new system. The old blower sounded like a jet taking off when AC was on. This one you really don’t even notice it. I really like the variable speed operation the keeps the temp very constant.

Electrical usage is down substantially. Today I reviewed our usage on SCE. I compared June 22nd (old unit) to June 26th (new unit) there was a 46% reduction in electrical usage between the two days! NOTE – High temp on 22nd was 86F and 85F on the 26th.

If looking for a new system or system tune-up/repair, give these fine folks a call. I don’t think you’ll be sorry you did.

I have two systems installed and maintained by Alps. All theh Alps' installers and technicians I have dealt with are knowledgeable and courteous.

Travis Meyers did a fine inspection and cleaning job of my furnace. He also adjusted all my vents to ensure best air flow throughout the house, which I needed. He also explained how to clean the Full House Air Cleaner that I had put on my furnace if/when the red light appears. You have a fine knowledgeable employee, very professional, and I'm happy that you sent him to my condo to do the work. I hope you send him in April to examine my new air conditioning unit too that your company also installed with my furnace. I am now at peace with the lovely system you installed. Thank you!

I just had my winter maintenance service performed by Alps Tech James B. He was friendly, professional and on time. He took the time to explain to me the maintenance service and his findings. I've had nothing but a good experience with Alps since they've installed my system.

The installers arrived on time and after introducing themselves got to work. They were very professional and took care with my house, covering my hardwood floors. After installation they cleaned up and showed me how to work the thermostat. They answered all my questions and didn't leave until they were sure my unit was working. I would highly recommend them.

The technicians Jorge and Walter were right on time. They were very neat and clean and very professional. We got a whole new hvac system so it was an all day install. Our new condenser is MUCH quieter than the old one, and it's getting cold much quicker than the old system. Shout out to Collin for recommending the Amana system. Would definitely recommend Alps to my friends.

I recently called Alps Heating & Air Conditioning to perform a maintenance check on an air conditioning system that Alps installed a few few years ago.
Their representative, Travis, arrived at our home at the scheduled time and informed me of the procedures he would perform to make sure the system was running efficiently. He found several problems and addressed each one of them. I appreciated the time he took to explain what he was doing as the repairs were being made.
Travis is certainly an asset to the company and I can, without reservation, recommend both Travis and Alps Heating and Air Conditioning.
