Jake was great to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, very professional and direct with what needed to be done to get our ac working again. Jake gave us multiple options, as opposed to ultimatums, and I genuinely felt like his recommendation for repairs was in the best interest of me as the consumer. Honest company, with great workmanship, and I will be referring them to friends and family.

These guys are legit! I spoke with Jake, and Lacee on the phone. They listened to my problem and situation and quickly provided options to get service scheduled. When we had to reschedule at the last minute they were understanding, helpful, prompt and accommodating, wow! Derek came out and had the problem fixed in 2 shakes of a lambs tail. Back up and running in the hot weather! He communicated that he was on the way and got there exactly when he said he would! What a great experience and pleasure working with Osage Air. I highly recommend.

They came out 2 hours earlier than they scheduled for on the day I called them. Went through all the possible issues as to why my ac was acting up when come to find out it was the battery in my thermostat that was causing my issues. They definitely helped alleviate my fear that it was something worse.

Grant arrived in the time frame given. He was polite and professional. He thoroughly explained everything before he did it and after and provided options for us to choose. He did a great job and will definitely be using them for all or AC and heating repairs and maintenance.

Jake and his team were excellent installing my new AC/heat system in my old house. Their price was very reasonable and they really take their time to explain things especially to us "older " folks.
