The good: friendly during initial visit. Why I gave a 1 rating: they came out for service, they found what they believe is the problem. However, after nearly 3 months and 3 phone calls, I don't even have a quote to fix the problem and, obviously, still have the problem. Unfortunately, I will have to start over with a different company. Not sure how they have such a high rating. Maybe they have their friends and families writing all the reviews.

Thank you for the response. However, I think you either have the wrong person or wrong information. I was never given a quote to fix the problem after 3 months and 3 phone calls. Therefore could have and would have never asked for the bare minimum since I was never given any options to begin with. The problem was fixed easily by someone else within days of my call.

Did good work on my spring maintenance: on time and in and out fairly quickly. Also did a great job on a broken PVC pipe in the attic on a different visit.

Well the service man arrived, changed a part, charged me 375 dollars and 5 minutes after he left the A/C stopped working again! So I paid 375 dollars for nothing. Disappointed to say the least.
