Grant showed up earlier than expected and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided the resolution. We’re back up and running. Great service, will definitely use again.

The guys were AMAZING! They worked hard to get my AC working again.

These people are incredible and this was a great experience! Jake (dispatcher, I think) was hilarious and Derek (the tech) was helpful, honest, and cordial. When there was nothing they could do to fix our 20 years old unit, they got us a quote very quickly for a new one. They had our new one installed in days and we're now relaxing in comfort. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

We had an emergency call when our air went out in 90 degree heat, and Osage came out the next day! They refilled our coolant, but let us know that if we decided to go ahead and get a new system, they’d refund some of that initial service cost. We did end up getting a new HVAC system, and they were as good as their word. The owner was fantastic when working through our financing options and issues, and we’re so glad we got everything worked out. The service workers are extremely kind and helpful, walking through the thermostat instructions and staying to make sure everything was working and responding as it should. 10/10 will use again!

Within 3 hours of my request for service, Cody of Osage was at my house for a much overdue cleaning of my dryer vent. I have never used this company before, but I was pleased with both their friendliness and professionalism. I plan to continue working with Osage Air.
