On May 20th they replaced a capacitor on my Trane condenser. On May 19th my son told me something is wrong -- the fan is running backwards. On May 22nd the tech merely glanced at the unit before saying "you need a new motor". He checked NOTHING else.
The LOWEST cost option shown to me was over $600 which I can not afford. He then charged me $80 for the "call", and left.
I called a second tech who told me the capacitor was improperly installed by Osage causing the problem. Now not only must the fan be replaced but the capacitor installed by Osage as well.
Bottom line ... Osage's poor service and unwillingness to back up their past work has now cost me at least $900.
UPDATE --- After leaving the above comment OSAGE AIR promptly contacted me. They promptly fixed the issue and made me whole. I cannot praise them enough for the prompt and professional way they handled my issue.
They truly understand my unexpected situation and helped me find away to get the situation under control with my financial error. I give them and Wyatt the tech who did the last job both 5 starts!!!
Had an AC unit stop working and I called another company that couldn't work me into their schedule for over a week. I called Osage and they came within HOURS! Excellent customer service and super nice,/knowledgeable technician. Will definitely use them again!
Great service all the way around. Very prompt in scheduling with amazing customer service. Communication was provided through text and phone calls with prompt service. Grant did a great job with the fix and explained the options in a way that any lay person could understand! Would highly recommend!!

We were given an estimate, given a time of arrival and foretold they would text before coming and everything was exactly as predicted. The price was reasonable the rep was polite no high pressure sales pitch and best of all they started my install the next morning. I am excited to know I will sleep tonight and not wake up every few hour soaked in sweat. Thank you guys at Osage air you have made my home habitable again.
Called them for a AC repair, got me in the same day for a quick fix. Grant was punctual and helped me solve the issue fast! Definitely saved my family and I from this summer heat wave.
No, they couldn't fix the 20-year-old AC, but they patched it together as best they could until they can get a new unit installed. They were great to work with and couldn't have provided better service! Grant and Cody are the best! Ask for them!
