Fixed our issues, completed a thorough service and repair, and the price was consistent with what you'd expect form an hour-long appointment. Most importantly, he politely answered the laundry list of questions that he no doubt has heard a thousand times. I don't want any more HVAC issues for awhile, but I can't wait to call these folks the time next I need to!!
I called for a simple maintenance visit. The man arrived when expected and was very courteous. I have used this company for over three years. The first was to repair my unit. I decided to add this review because my bill has been less for the past two months. That was a surprise.
This was the only place in Northwest Arkansas that I found who would come to repair my infarred heater inside my yoga studio. A part needed to be ordered, and Mike was extremely helpful and communicative about what needed to be done. Would totally use these guys again in the future.
My AC was struggling. Technician came out the day after I called. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was able to fix my ac problem and give great advice on tips for the future. Highly recommend!
Used no one else besides Sturdivant's for 10+ years. They are honest, they work until they get the problem solved and fixed. They are Professional, courteous, kind and thoughtful. Hats off to Mike Minor, he's a great, but very busy guy, I believe they call him the Albert Einstein of HVAC. Fits him to a tee. Ty Osburn, hard worker and very client dedicated. Teresa, that wonderful friendly voice on the other end of the line. And kudos to Rick Sturdivant for not only employing the right people but leading as such a good example of honest, friendly customer service.

On 1.16.2020 we had Sturdivant's replace the 32 year old HVAC system in our single family home. The process, from initial service call, to the site survey, on to removal & replacement, to set-up and testing... was awesome! As part of the replacement, we had requested a wifi enabled thermostat (Ecobee) which they obtained and installed. The thermostat is wonderful and works perfectly! Service person was familiar with Carrier Infinity systems, which is in itself a positive attribute. He was courteous, professional and timely. He wore his mask!
Told them what the issue was prior to them coming out. Then when they come out they diagnose the problem wrong as low charge. When we tell them that we already had it diagnosed as TXV valve then say oh yeah that what it is. They then charge $138.00 for the diagnosis and want another $475.00 to repair (including 4 hours labor for a 2 hour job). We paid the $138.00 for diagnosis even though we told them the problem and got it repaired for $250.00 by another company not trying to take advantage of us.
