Kinty Jones Heating Cooling

July 4th weekend our ac wouldn't cool so we called Kinty Jones. Said he would be at our place the next morning, it ended up being around 1:00 pm. Said the valve was loose so he tighten it put what little freon he had in it. Over $200 and a day later it quit cooling again. So called him back he came said it needed more freon but he didn't have enough cause he is only allowed to have so much per day. So he came back afternoon the next day wasn't here 20 minutes each time. Well it lasted til Labor Day and quit cooling again. No we did NOT call him back. Had another AC guy come out and he was here found that the cap was cracked and he thoroughly cleaned all components and said it should last at least 5 more years.

My AC was blowing out warm air in my home and it would not get cool. Kinty Jones came to the house and did a few tests and found the problem. They replaced some parts and put more coolant in and it’s been working great since. They even called a week later and asked how my temp was in the house. I will definitely call kinty jones heating and air for any issue I have in the future.

Service you just can’t beat! Snowed in and negative temperatures when our heater failed - Kinty Jones had a technician out in a 4 wheel drive to get us up and going quickly!
The technician starts testing his repair when Swepco shuts us down for 2 hours in a planned rolling outage. Power back on, house is getting heat!

Used this Company several years ago for new heat and air. Have experienced savings of almost 1/3 on electric bill since investing/installing this energy efficient unit . This week I called for a service , response was prompt , problem diagnosed and repaired . Trustworthy and efficient every time !
