I’ve used them for 15 years and they get 5* on their general service. They installed my heat/air package unit and have serviced it, always quick and easy. I take the time to write a review because these guys, namely Kinty himself just goes above and beyond when/if he can. No fuss, no mess, no upselling, straight forward professional good advice. My old company that I used for 10+ years had no empathy to my situation and put me on a 5 day wait. They only use the top brand products with great warranties and a list of specialized maintenance plans available from just a simple service call to clean the exterior vents from dirt and build up, seasonal and annual services. I appreciate that while hey are servicing your heat and air units they inspect your homes hvac. If they find an issue they inform you of the problem and suggest many different cost savings solutions.
The pricing is very affordable from just a simple maintenance to a complete replacement. This home when our a/c went out in the middle of a hot July we took advantage of their financing option they offer. Best part is they were able to replace it for us the same day.

Scott Melton went far and above to get my air working last night. He came out at 9pm and it was frozen so he let it thaw out and came back at midnight to fix it so me and my cat could sleep in the cool.He is even following up today.
