Karson did a great job figuring out why our system was non responsive.

This was for a quote on a new air and heating unit. I was a little shell shocked on the quote, but Joe was very professional and helpful. He’s the guy to go to for your quotes and questions.

In 2016 we purchased a heat pump from Bud Anderson. We have lived here since 1983. We felt confident in our purchase and the 12 year guarantee on parts. We did have to join a club and the techs would come out twice a year, for us, Dec n June. On a lot of these visits, we were required to purchase something. It became most annoying. At one point we were told if we did not buy a thousand dollar light our warranty could become void. We became stressed n fearful of their visits. We are seniors disabled on fixed income. The tech that came this week alleviated all our fears. Bobby Hall assured us our unit is fine and our warranty is good. We hope Bud Anderson realizes the importance of after the sale. You have an invaluable team member in Bobby Hall. He is knowledgeable, respectful to seniors and kind for which my husband and I are most grateful. Thx Linda Kelly.

I called about a broken water heater. They responded the same day. They sent Richard Herrick, who was actually able to replace the water heater within a few hours.

Chase is efficient, knowledgeable, articulate and kind, which is an outstanding combination of skills.
