Keven became a sales person and said I needed to talk about getting a new unit. I cannot afford a new AC unit. Then he said he could not fix it and someone else would come back next week. I said there is a baby in the house and next week will not work as it is going to be 90 degrees this weekend. Keven did not care. Said we can only be at one place for so long and the work needed wouldn't allow him to do so. My roommate called someone and they said they will fix it. He came over fixed it in 30 min no charge. Keven was charging me $1200 dollars and tried to get me to buy a new unit as it would be cheaper. Your company is the worst. A baby in a house during 90 degree temp is ok for days. NO! Charging me $1200 for stuff I don't need NO! trying to get me to buy a new unit that I don't need NO! BUD ANDERSON IS THE WORST OF WHAT THIS WORLD IS. Let babies over heat only to make money while trying to get more money from lower middle class. Bud ANDERSON is a class act person. I will contact you as leaving a baby in the Arkansas heat for 3 days is criminal and should have repercussions. My name is Cory valentine and your Company came out to my place in bentonville ark.
