Today we had our hot water repaired. Again, very professional serviceman. Very efficient company. I don't like that my house seems to be falling apart, but Bud Anderson is a great company. Chris Baugh was our serviceman.

We had Drain Pad Treatment. Very professional serviceman (Bobby Hall) and very friendly. I highly recommend Bud Anderson. We've used them for years. I love how they communicate when they are on the way.

I had Brandon Powell replace my blower motor that locked up. He was very nice and showed me what was wrong. Told me step by step of what he was doing and he didn’t mind me watching him do it. Glad I had him fixed it. All an all super satisfied with his work.

Had my heat pump checked out and serviced using there seasonal tune up special. All i can say is WOW what a great job and value. The tech was on time and did a fantastic job very professional. He checked all the systems and then cleaned the outside heat pump metal fins. which were really dirty and needed the cleaning badly.. A real good bang for the buck, in all regards. I will have this done every year. I highly highly recommend the service the the price was very very good for the work that was done

Chase was very professional. I got a call from Denise at the office and from my technician, Chase, before arrival with my eta. I liked the text message I received with the technician’s photo prior to his arrival so I knew who was coming. He was very friendly and informative. He changed my filters for me and let me know about somethings I could do to improve my system. I really enjoy the service I receive from Bud Anderson and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an HVAC company.

Can’t even begin to express how excellent our entire experience has been. From the very first call to set an estimate appointment up to install. Over the top for sure!! Just the overall attention each member within the company I spoke to truly has been incredible. It is without doubt a company with integrity, honesty and customer focus.

After talking to Eduardo about repairing an old unit we decided to replace it and another unit of the same age. He handled these transactions and without any problems was able to set us up with what we needed.

My technician notified me that he was on the way. When arrived was cordial and went right to work. He interacted with me and answered all my questions. He was very patient with a novice. I highly recommend Eduardo Gomez and the Bud Anderson crew. Thank you so much for working with me.

Kevin was amazing and provided extraordinary service for us! He explained everything that needed to be done and made sure we understood what he was telling us. We had a hose bib freeze and split inside the wall over this past winter and found out about it when we turned the hose on for the first time this Spring. Vaughan was our service tech with Bud Anderson and we were very pleased with the service he provided. Johnny-on-the-spot, very informative when we had questions and quick to show us what was wrong when he found the issue. Overall great experience and if/when another issue comes up we’ll call Bud Anderson, and ask for Vaughan! Thanks again for the great service.

Gerardo and his team did a great job at getting my AC back up and running. He texted me 30 minutes before he was to arrive to let me know his estimated arrival time, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. The work was done quickly and efficiently. And Gerardo was honest enough to investigate my system to figure out that the parts that failed were still under warranty And those parts would be covered by the manufacturer. I also enjoyed visiting with him for a few minutes before he left.
