I had a hose bust on a hot water heater over the weekend. After calling several plumbers with no answer or response I called Bud Anderson and immediately had someone on the phone. They sent Evan out and he was friendly and professional and had me promptly up and running again. They do charge a hefty rate for weekend service but at least they will answer your call and show up to help you. If you are in a pickle give them a shout.

We had an issue with our AC unit and they came out that same day. Got a diagnostic done and gave multiple solutions for us to choose from. The new unit we chose will be installed tomorrow so we don’t have to worry about being stuck in the heat later this week.

Called friday at 730pm. They were there by saturday afternoon. Diagnosed the issue. It was not an expensive repair. I felt they were honest in the diagnosis. Total time on site was 1 hr. The tech was a good guy. My house went from 81 to 72 within 2.5 hours of his arrival. What more can someone ask for.

If you have to use them you have to. However I was told that it would be no charge to get a quote. I got charged $79 to have them quote me at least in the 30k range just to fix some plumbing issues and electrical work. I got the electrical done for $250, by a different company. Not only that but they have somehow lost a key I gave them to unlock one of my doors, now I have to pay the $79 and more for the key to be replaced. When I called to see where the key was and if they just set it down somewhere in the house I was told they don’t have it. I don’t have the key and it’s no where to be found. I recommend doing your research and checking out other companies before setting with this one.

Discussed repair versus replacement of HVAC system. Everything explained well with no pressure to make immediate decisions. Office staff quickly scheduled the visit. Kevin Noble is very knowledgeable and friendly and explained complex systems and options. We’ve made no decisions yet, will update posting once we make choice of systems.
