The office ladies kept us informed on when the techs would be here. The techs were great!!! They were informative and explained everything to us. They were very respectful and professional. They did everything they could to ensure that we weren’t left in an unsafe home in this heat!

They were super quick to respond and came out on the morning of July 4th. They fixed our ac in 20 minutes and we were so appreciative! Great customer service!! Highly recommend!

Ridge and Lalo just came out for my bi-yearly HVAC check and I couldn’t be happier with their work, professionalism, and helpfulness with all our needs. My family, business, and I have always been extremely happy with their plumbing and HVAC and would highly recommend their entire company, from their techs to ladies in the office. Great company.

I called this particular company because my water heater was leaking. They sent out a very polite gentleman name Manuel. He did a great job with his customer service. As he was evaluating the leak, he called his boss to find out how much it would cost to repair. He came back and told me it was going to cost over $850 to fix said device. I told him I could buy a brand new water heater for that much. Long story short I called another company and they fixed it for $275 and just replaced the valve. These guys have interesting commercials but don’t let them fool you, at the end of the day they got to make money. I will never utilize or recommend this company to anybody again. To charge somebody the amount of a water heater to replace a small device is ridiculous, unethical, very unprofessional, and just plain bad business. I will be contacting the BBC over this incident.

If there were 10 stars, I would give Stith a solid 10. I have been using their services for approximately 5 years and will never call anyone else. They are responsive, professional, qualified and just great people. Do yourself a favor and call Stith for your HVAC or plumbing needs.

Called and they came out within an hr to fix my air conditioner. Great customer service and easy to work with, they fixed it that day and professional and helpful.

This was the only company that came out that was willing to take a closer look to find the real problem and fix it at a very very reasonable price and I had the most popular guys on the internet come out and they didn't figure it out because they didn't take the time to look closer they just gave up and left me with a problem to figure out on my own. These are the guys to call trust me.

I had a fairly simple job today, could’ve been worse, but the guy came in and looked at my furnace, which was acting up, and he said all he had to do was clean the sensor, but he was super nice and very informative. HVAC work is never cheap, but I feel like I got a good deal. We will use this company again definitely.

My apartment complex sent Stith to fix my water pressure on my shower head and they were so nice and helpful. Kathy communicated everything with me so well, and the gentleman who came to fix my shower water pressure (didn’t get his name) was very nice and punctual. My water pressure is 10x better than it has been in my 2.5 years of living here! Thank you guys!
