Ozark Mountain Air

Came out that day and diagnosed the problem. We had to order a part, which came in the next day and was promptly installed. I highly recommend their work. I've been using them since they started with Christine years ago.

14 years, 3 heat pumps and 4 different local heat and air companies until we found Jason and Ozark Mountain Air. Our units WORK now and he was the one who found the problem and fixed it. Fair, ethical, prompt, nice and most important they are EXPERTS and know what they are doing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!!

We needed maintenance for our AC unit. The tech who came out was very informative and gave me all the options and recommendations for our situation. Going forward I will definitely recommend them for honest and fair pricing. Couldn’t be happier with their customer service.

We had a plumbing problem with our home and we had the pleasure of having Michael come to help us. He was very attentive to the problem and knew exactly what to do. Mike is always very professional, came out quickly and explained everything in great detail to us. We would never think about calling another company. We have used them in the past, and has always showed us quality workmanship.

We had a problem with our sink and Michael came over really quick and knew exactly what to do! Such a friendly guy and gave such helpful tips to keep our home and pipes in tiptop shape!! Overall fantastic experience!

The techs were very friendly and thorough. They did not try to up sell any products. They also found a couple of issues that needed to be addressed outside of their work order. They fixed those issues and did not charge extra. They cleaned up after themselves and were completely professional. Highly recommend!
