Amazing service! I had Mike out and he did such an amazing job of explain everything he did and even explained how to avoid potential problems in the future. He was very knowledgeable when explaining the system on a house I just purchased. I recommend them every chance I get.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful. The service is top notch and they spend the time needed to fix and address any issue with your heat or air unit, unfortunately have had issues with both recently. Mike is very professional while on site and Karl is great when calling to set up an appointment.

Michael from Ozark Mountain Air Installed a new kitchen faucet for us. He did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable, fast and very nice. Would definitely recommend this company!!

As luck would have it our 14 year old unit decided to die at night in the hottest part of the summer. We were able to have them come out to troubleshoot the next day in the busy season. We were told it would be better to just scrap the old system and start with a new one. We were not upsold or pressured. We were told that it would take a couple of days before they could come out to install. They brought 2 window units to help us make it through until then. They arrived before 9 this morning and were done by a little after 3. Within no time we were cooling off. They were the nicest and most knowledgeable guys from start to finish. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for your AC/heating needs.!

I called Ozark Air believing I might have had a corbon monoxide leak in my furnace. They were out that afternoon. They checkd and found no leak. They were very courteous and led me thru each step in the process. They checked and found that my blower was wired wrong causing the blower motor not to run at full speed when called for. The problem was fixed before they left. I'm hard to please having had bad service from other companies but I'm very happy with OMA. They will be my heating and air service from now on.
