Ozark Mountain Air has become our go-to for all things HVAC. They've worked on our home system many times over the years, and recently spec'd out and implemented a new system for us, which we're very happy with. Their technicians have been helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. We've also used these guys for work on A/C systems in some rental properties, and they've worked closely with us to define what was really necessary and what future upgrades we might also consider. Very good customer service!

Ozark Mountain Air was amazing. My water heater burst during this past snow storm, and I had water everywhere. Even in the bad weather Michael managed to make it out to my home and shut the water off the same day. The next day even in the snow, he was able to replace my tank and get my hot water running again. When I first called the office in a panic, Olivia and Carl were very professional and were able to help me immensely. Thank you Ozark Mountain Air for helping me solve this crisis.

We have purchased three complete heating & air units from Ozark Mountain Air in the last 2 years. One for our former home as recommended through the Ozarks Electric energy savings program, and 2 units for our new home construction...one a gas heat & air unit and the other a 2 head mini-split system. Jason and his crew have always been responsive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fair with us. I called Ozark mountain air to get a second opinion on my A/C unit. The other company was wanting me to buy a brand new unit. Mike came out and found the real problem in no time. It ended up costing me just a fraction of what the other guys was going to charge me. Ozark mountain air is a company that will shoot you straight and not over sell you on stuff you don’t need. Carl from dispatch was able to find me a technician with a minimal wait and Mike E. showed up when expected. He was courteous and professional and serviced my air conditioner promptly. Cost was below what I expected. Would recommend anyone use Ozark Mountain Air.

We had two hot water heaters replace and installed an IWave R air purifier in my mother-in-law’s house. She has been a customer of Ozark Mountain Air for over 50+ years. Ozark Mountain Air exceeded my expectations. The heater was out at one of my employers shops and Nathan provided exemplary customer service. He was very knowledgable and kept us informed every step of the way. He explained the issue(s) and provided us with reasonable solutions. The folks I dealt with at Ozark Mountain Air, both on the phone and in person, were friendly and professional, and they did a great job replacing our 16-year-old HVAC system despite the tiny access door they had to work with. When the unit we had initially ordered wouldn't fit through that door, they installed a slightly better unit for the same price.
