Ozark Mountain Air

We have been having issues with our furnace and AC for at least a year now, but have been able to keep it going. When the AC went out at the beginning of June, we called around and were told by a different company that we would have to wait around all day for them to show, even when trying to schedule in advance. We called Ozark Mountains Air and they were able to give us a 2 hour time slot in which they would arrive. Ed arrived 30 min after our time slot began, and was done with a repair that blew refreshingly cool air into our home within an hour! It was incredible. He was so friendly and down to earth, and was able to give us an estimate for when our AC goes down and we need a new unit. The price was by far the best we have received out of 3 companies we have now worked with, and I’ve been told that the best AC could be installed by the worst crew and it would fall apart quickly, but if you get the same unit put in by an incredible crew, it will last forever. We will absolutely be trusting this crew with installing our new unit. Thanks OMA!

UPDATE: Well, it finally happened and we needed a completely new HVAC system. We called OMA and due to the pandemic I was able to text over a picture of our outside AC unit so they could figure out sizing for our new unit. They were able to come out on our schedule, only came in the house when absolutely necessary while wearing masks, and were able to schedule us for an entirely new system within the same week. They showed up on time and completed the job efficiently with very little need for interaction since we are telecommuting currently. It was a wonderful experience and I can’t thank them enough for their impeccable ethics and customer service. Thanks again, OMA!

Would not recommend. I had them come out to a rental property of mine and charged me $450 without reviewing the details of what was wrong. 2 days after, the unit again wasn’t working. They “knew” what was wrong on the phone without even going back to the property to inspect it. When I asked how they knew this, they didn’t really have an answer. They then went out to fix it and a month later, it’s not working again. Called them recently, but was told it would be $250 for them to come out and inspect even though they just worked on it.
Be warned. Will not be using them again.

Service from beginning to end was awesome. From the office folks to the technician, they were responsive, professional, courteous and very great to deal with. It's great to have them in this area to provide this level of service. Keep up the great work. A definite recommendation to other.

Honest and Friendly service! They did a great job replacing our old unit with a new American Standard. They also did a great job cleaning up once all Work was done. Eddie and Trevor did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I hired Ozark Mountain Air to do 2 things.
First, to put in 6 floats in my apartments.
Second, while in the units, to blow out the air conditioning condensation pipes.

One week later one of my tenants called with an air conditioner that kept shutting off. Two thoughts crossed my mine. First, it can’t possibly be the condensation line because I paid to have it cleaned just one week ago. Second, my new air conditioner is still under warranty with American Air! So I called American Air. Their female technician came out and spent over an hour blowing out a very plugged line.

The next day I sent Carl at Ozarks Mountain the bill I paid American Air to get the line REALLY cleaned. He called me and scolded me for 15 minutes. I did wrong by not calling them. They would have cleaned out the line for free. Too bad, they won’t pay.

I told Carl I did the logical thing. I told Carl if you didn’t do it right the first time, how could I count on you to do it right this time.

A week later Carl sent me a check for the remainder of my maintenance contract PLUS the amount I paid to American Air. I don’t like being scolded! He should have treated me better when I called!!!

Called at 8am and the technician was here at 9 am exactly what I needed. Happy and warm customer.

I’ve used Ozark Mountain Air several times in my current rental home and Mo and others were knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, and went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend these guys!

Ozark Mountain Air was great. They found the problem with precision and showed their reasoning. They fixed the problem quickly after getting the right part the next day, and Nathan was top notch in service. I would get my air fixed from here again.
