Ozark Mountain Air worked with me to install a new air conditioning unit. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing was beyond fair. The service was excellent. Very ethical company. Honest and reliable. They go above and beyond. I highly reccomend!

We have used Ozark Mountain Air for several years once we decided to “change” our unit, Jason and his team made that process very easy. Mike came over the same day and talked Equipment and numbers. These guys carry the good stuff. Very happy with our new American Standard Unit. Highly Recommend!

This group is professional, and very quick to respond. I had a unit go out and they were quick to evaluate the problem, and when it was decided I needed a new unit they were very reasonable and fair priced. I received 4 quotes from various HVAC companies in Northwest Arkansas and Ozark Mountain Air was the best price around. It is nice to know a company can have lower prices but not skimp on quality and still have excellent customer service. A nice treat!!

Called for annual service on a Thursday out on a Friday and arrived on time. The technician was pleasant and gave us a run down or our current HVAC status and need for possible future repairs. He took the time to explain what was/could be needed and we felt confident that he was sincere and trustworthy- if the google reviews were not enough.

2022 update, my review has dropped because of complicated service programs and generally not as happy as I was. Due to repair estimate, and perceived lack of service during, my bi annual visits.

Our 14 year old system needed to be replaced. An installation of both AC and heating unit was installed. What impressed me and my husband the most was their product knowledge. Aside from that the owners are very professional, patient and personable. Their team installed the system in a day. We highly recommend Ozark Mountain Air. Cannot say enough nice things about our experience.

Listen don't bother with the rest that advertise 24 hour emergency A/C repair. Ozark Mountain Air came to our home very quick. Technician was very professional, explained to us the necessary repairs and fixed our Air Conditioning right the 1st trip. Unbelievable quality service over and beyond our expectations. We have had a service contract with Ozark mountain air for many years. They come 2 times per year to check our furnace and air conditioner. They are always punctual and pleasant, and do the necessary cleaning and checkup for us. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend.

Ozark Mountain Air replaced our heat and air units. Although we had other companies give us quotes, Ozark Mountain Air was the only company to let us know that our original duct work had a section missing which was causing our old unit to draw and recirculate dust and air from our attic. They spent a good deal of time analyzing the best way to correctly fix the problem and even called in the owner of the company to assist. We are now enjoying a very cool and considerably less humid and dusty home. Both units are so quiet that we’ve literally had to get up and look to see if they were running. The work was completed timely and efficiently.

When our old air conditioner caught on fire and went out midsummer we had Ozark Mountain Air come out and within a couple days we had our new unit. They did an amazing job! We haven’t had any issues since and that was 2 years ago. I highly recommend them!
