    Jim himself is long gone, but these young guys keep the "old fashioned" service going strong. (Note - this company has changed hands a couple of times since Jim, and some of the old, negative reviews below apply to earlier ownership.) I could elaborate on any of these, but to summarize:
    - I feel like their youth is actually an advantage; they are hungry and will take on anything; if they don't know, they not only will find out, the WANT to find out
    - Prompt; if they are late, they call well ahead to let you know what's going on; more often than not, they are early (but still call to make sure it's OK)
    - Polite - I never feel like they are rushing me; they don't mind me watching their every step, explain what's going on, happy to hear my dumb military war stories, and get the job done.
    - Available - There are more than 1 or 2 guys, so I've never had to wait more than a day or 2 for service; others usually schedule me 4-10 days out. When I call, they call take the call or call back promptly (this alone is gold!)
    - Local - I love that they work in, live in, and know Bella Vista inside and out.
    Give them a try - they WORK for you.

    Air conditioner stop working. Called Jim’s 5 time. Left 3 messages. Wife I find out later also called them a couple times. No response either. Website shows they are open. Wasted a morning trying to secure service. Finally called Paschel. They answered immediately and is sending someone out today. Yeah for Paschel!

    Ryan fixed our a/c, he was very professional and did an excellent job at troubleshooting the problem and fixing right away. Highly recommend.

    My fiance called them for an a/c repair but no one answered, so she left a message. This place never bothered to call back. If they were too busy to do the job, someone at least could have called to let us know. Being completely unresponsive is unprofessional.

    Disappointed I could not give a 0 star review. Technician came out to my house and charged me $86 dollars for an estimate to repair my HVAC system - and called it a 'service call'. I was quoted a price on site. When I dealt with the incredibly rude woman that answers the phone, she informed me the quote was higher and that I had to pay before they would perform the work. This didn't seem right at all, pay a higher quote ahead of time? When I asked if she could explain the difference in quote she rudely responded: "If you don't want us to do your work you can find someone else."

    Gladly, in an era where the greater Bentonville area has several choices in HVAC, I chose 'someone else' and my money will go elsewhere. Please do not make the mistake of giving this horrible establishment you business.

    On July 20th you sent two service men out to a house which I had just purchased. Your service man found a broken wire going to the compositor and then replaced the capacitor without check the old capacitor to see if it even worked. I was charged $282.91. You charge me $181.95 for a capacitor that shouldn't have cost over $30.00. You company is as dishonest as they come and should not be in business, and I'm going to make sure everyone I can knows it, starting with the water department employee who recommended you to me. I'm mad as hell and you haven't heard the last of this.

    My mother in law got a quote for a new compressor. After a second opinion, another service provider was able to order and install for 1/2 the price.

    GREAT company from somewhere else. The guy from Jim's was just selling unnecessary parts. Luckily I caught on.

    I call them to make appointment to check my a/c at my house but went to a recording left a message I still waiting for them to call back had to call someone else must be nice to have that much work
